Things to check for guest.

객실이용시 확인사항

- Check in: after 3:00 PM, Check out: Before 11:00 AM

- No one else can enter except the reserved persons.

- Some situations in which it is impossible to enter : Persons not reserved / Pets

- Do not cook seafood, meat and fries in the room.

- The inside of all rooms is a non-smoking area, and butane gas, candle and firecracker are prohibited.

- The guests should be responsible for facilities' damages.

- The resort is not responsible for any damages, accidents due to guests' negligence. So please be careful.

- We should automatically cancel reservation after 6 hours later if guests don't deposit within 6 hours after booking

   as there are lots of reservation inquiry during its waiting.

  ( * withing 3 hours one day before check in / within 1 hour on the day of check-in )

 - We will send reservation confirmation through cell phone text message.

    However we will send message at 9:00 AM in the next morning if you pay after 9:30 PM on the day of reservation.

 - Please call to reservation department (tel: 061-641-6677) if you don't receive text message even though you pay in advance.

- Please make sure to pay before departure when you book on the same day of departure.

- Please separate trash and then throw it away , also clean dishes used before check-out.

- Please pay attention to your valuables as resort is not responsble for your loss due to guests' negligence.

- If canceled, cancellation fee will be 10% at leaset regardless of check-in.

- You should reserve 'maid service' if you stay over 2 nights. Maid service is cleaning a room with a vacuum and changing towels.

 (Maid service time : 09:00 AM ~ 11:00 AM)

- In case of Pool villa, you should pay 100,000 won if you want to heat up water of private pool.

  in addition, you should call to reservation department (061-641-6677) one day before check-in at least  as we need time to  heat up water.

- We patrol for guests' safty in hours around resort, so then we ask for your understanding regarding  of this.

- We hold lost articles during one month and then throw it away. We ask for your understanding regarding of this.

입금전 확인 사항

- Guests should pay cancellation fee (See chart below)  if you cancel reservation or change booking date. Please be careful in advance.

- Guests can't have a refund if you want to cancel reservation due to natural disasters.

- Guests should pay cancellation fee even though you book and cancel on the same day.

- It is 'Before 1 day' by 24:00 from booking, and then, it passes every one day based on 24 hours.

- You can proceed booking on the condition that you accept cancellation fee and condition as chart below.

- We will refund to a person who paid to resort, and we will refund after excluding Remittance charges.
